Costs
We operate a ‘pay as you go’ service, so you don’t have to pay for everything all at once. Payment is required 2 working days before every meeting.
Choosing Mediation typically offers the quickest, most cost-effective way to achieve the outcomes you need from your separation. Going through Mediation, as opposed to dealing with every aspect of your separation in Court, can reduce the process from years to months, and it can save you thousands of pounds. It should make the whole process calmer and less stressful for you and your family.
If you feel unsafe or worried, Mediation can offer you peace of mind that, from the outset, your Mediator is aware of safeguarding concerns and will carry out safety checks. Our Mediators are trained to recognise risks and behaviours, to manage power imbalances and ensure everyone feels safe and respected.
